Where is the video processed?

The initial architecture can process video on a compact edge device installed at the operating location.

What happens if the internet is unavailable?

Local video processing should continue. Dashboard synchronization may resume when the connection returns.

How long does a pilot take?

The schedule depends on camera access, installation, and the selected metric. A pilot plan and success criteria are agreed upon before installation.

Can the system integrate with the POS?

POS integration is not required for the first pilot. It can be evaluated as a later phase.
